WHO WE ARE
NERCA is a regional roofing contractors association covering the northeast part of the country. Our territory includes Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont. We host one of the largest regional roofing trade shows in the country.
TRADE SHOW OBJECTIVE
To provide an educational exhibit of the equipment and materials used in the roofing and allied industries; to provide a platform for the exhibitor to meet with customers and potential customers on a one-on-one basis; to disseminate information on new products and services; and to provide the opportunity to compare existing products and services.

A 10x10 booth at NERCA's 2027 trade show costs $1,999 for members reserving 1–2 booths and $2,599 for non-members. Members pay less per booth when they reserve 3 or more.

Not a member? Join when you book
Join NERCA as an associate member when you reserve your booth and you'll pay the member booth rate: $1,999 per booth instead of $2,599 for 1–2 booths.
Any person, firm, or organization doing business in the industry as a manufacturer, distributor, supplier, or agent, other than a roofing contractor, is eligible for associate membership. Associate membership starts at $780 a year.

How much does a booth cost at the NERCA trade show?
A 10x10 booth at NERCA's 2027 Convention & Trade Show costs $2,599 for non-members. NERCA members pay $1,999 per booth for 1–2 booths, $1,899 per booth for 3–6 booths, and $1,675 per booth for 7 or more booths.
Can I get the member rate if my company isn't a NERCA member?
Yes. Join NERCA as an associate member when you reserve your booth and you'll pay the member booth rate. Associate membership starts at $780 a year.
What size are NERCA trade show booths?

Is there a deadline to reserve a booth?

How do I reserve a booth at the NERCA convention?
Submit NERCA's booth request form at nerca.org/reserve-your-booth/ with the number of booths you need and your top three booth numbers. Official contracts will be e-mailed once your request is processed by the association office.
Can I pick my booth number?
You can list your top three booth numbers from the 2027 floor plan on NERCA's booth request form.
How do I pay for my booth?
NERCA does not take booth payments on its website. After you request booth space, our office will be in touch in regard to payment details.
When is exhibitor set-up and move-out?
Exhibitor set-up for the 2027 NERCA trade show is Tuesday, February 2, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Show hours are Wednesday, February 3, from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Move-out is Thursday, February 4, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The schedule is subject to change.
