In this one hour session, we will provide an overview of the Department of Labor’s new six-factor rule on the misclassification issue. We will also review the DOL’s new salary level test included with its recently published overtime rule, and we will dive into the details of the Federal Trade Commission’s rule which seeks to eliminate the use of non-competition agreements throughout the country.
