This course on immigration is designed to educate attendees about important issues affecting the construction industry. This course will discuss the top 10-15 contract clauses that roofing contractors commonly face when presented with a contract from a general contractor or owner. Mr. Siegel will discuss the legal consequences of these clauses.

Phillip Siegel will also discuss how to revise these clauses so that they are more equitable for the roofing contractor.
